Ok, so this quiz is just like 5 questions over and over again. And again, the ROYGBIV nonsense was invented by Newton, because 7 is considered a nice number. It has nothing to do with a real rainbow that has a continuous spectrum. There is no good reason why cyan isn't included in the "7 colors" but indigo is, other than someone subjectively picked the colors and now everyone has to learn it in school. Also, what on earth is the first/second/third... moon phase? It goes in cycles! This is again a completely artificial manmade order.

You got downvoted, but you're right. Some of these 'sequences' are entirely arbitrary, the moon one in particular is just annoying. Even the arithmetic one is just about remembering the words rather than understanding the underlying logic.

The moon questions were weird because I learnt New moon, waxing moon, full moon, waning moon, and I think that the planets should have specified in the solar system

It's almost exactly the same as BODMAS (brackets, orders, division/multiplication, addition/subtraction). We use 'brackets' in preference for 'parentheses', and 'orders' in place of 'exponents'. It's the equivalent of 'tap' and 'faucet', and 'boot' and 'trunk'.
